Botcon 2008 Shattered Glass Optimus Prime sells for record $400+ USD

This is the highest I’ve seen this loose figure sell for. The 2008 Shattered Glass set, which includes Optimus, can be had for approximately $750-$800. Since the seller was in the UK, it was probably snapped up by a foreign buyer. Something I’ve seen a lot of lately.

Update 3/4/2010, there were 2 more sales upwards in the $400 range. This seems like a pretty consistent price of late. All these sales were on ebay. This post is great for anybody doing research on Shattered Glass Optimus Prime’s prices.

Update 4/3/2010, there goes another one, this time it sold for $450.
